Tilmon Howard Bryant was born in 1873 in the English Creek Community of Cocke County, Tenn., a son of William Bryant and Elizabeth Sisk. When he was 7 years old his family moved to Collin County, Texas.
Dr. Bryant was a dentist in McKinney, Texas. He married his Jessie Beauregard Dowell in McKinney.
The 1920 federal census report listed him at age 46 and his wife at 35. No children were listed in this report. The 1930 census report had Tom Dowell (39) and Ruth Dowell (32), probably Jessie's son from a previous marriage and his wife, living with them.
Tilmon died Aug. 30, 1953.
