Syd Gardner, a cousin of Charles Snider, provided the following information:
Dewey married Minnie Marie Vance on June 22, 1924 at Cedaredge, Delta Co, and Mrs Olive Rosalys (Smith) Fraidy on Dec.4, 1960. About 1944, the family moved to Renton, Washington, but within 5 years they had returned to Delta, Colorado.
Dewey held several jobs in Delta, and at one time it was said by a co-worker that he "...was not always the fastest man on the job, but at the end of a day, he usually had twice as much done." Dewey enjoyed a good laugh, was a great tease, and he especially enjoyed a challenging game of checkers.
