Wanda was born in Mountain View, AR, to Oren Wilber and Julie Belle White Tuttle. She was married Sept. 11, 1937 to Russell Sisco, who preceded in her in death on May 21, 2001. She and her husband were the former owners of North Arkansas Funeral Home in Marshall, Clinton and Mountain View. She was a member of the Marshall Methodist Church, Extension Homemakers and served for the March of Dimes and American Cancer Society for several years.
She is survived by sons, one stepbrother, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
She was 89 when she passed away at North Arkansas Regional Medcial Center in Harrison, AR. I have a copy of her obit from Harrison Daily Times.
