Josephine "Jo" Pike, age 87, of Everson, passed away early Saturday morning September 26, 2015.
Born in Balford, Washington on November 19, 1927, to Edwin and Eva (Theisen) Rogers. She was a 1944 graduate of Mount Baker High School.
Shortly after graduation she met her future husband Ted Pike and they were married on Dec 7th 1946. Together they raised their family and dairy farmed on South Pass Rd. in Everson.
Jo and Ted enjoyed attending dances together and attended family members many sporting events. Her family was her life. She was a member of Saint Joseph's Catholic Church in Lynden for many years.
She loved flowers and watching game shows Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. Jo will be remembered for her very kind spirit and her no bake chocolate oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years, Ted, and sister Mary Ann Windon.
A Graveside service for Jo will be held on Wednesday, September 30th in Nooksack Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
