BLUE, AGNES ELIZABETH , Joined her husband Otis and daughters Arlene and Debra in heaven with Jesus on August 10, 2007. Agnes was born September 15, 1919 in Canton TX to the late Henry and Hattie Malone. She is in heaven with her beloved husband of 70 years, Otis Blue, daughter Arlene Blue, daughter and son-in-law Debra and Dan Bradford and great-grandchildren Tyler and Kyleigh Lightsey.
She was employed by J C Penney Co until her retirement. She had a green thumb, enjoyed her yard and plants and loved to sing. She was an active member of the Ester Class at Second Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas. She was a loving mother and grandmother and was dearly loved by all that knew her. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Nannette and Tom Zabielski, sisters Henrietta Taylor of Kemp and Louise Gunter of Greenville, seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, a large extended family and many wonderful friends who provided tremendous support.
Visitation will be from 6-8 PM on Monday, August 13, 2007, at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at Second Baptist Church, Dallas Texas. Burial will be at Mt Pisgah in Canton, TX.
