Other records say she was born 16 Feb 1895, but the tombstone has the date 10 March 1876, and the census records of 1880, 1900, and 1910 are all consistent with the 1876 date of birth. In the 1920 census Edith is said to be 30 years old, which would make her born about 1890, but this must be an error.
