Barbara, of Sugar Land, passed away at Memorial Herman Hospital. The daughter of Charlie F. and Kate (Goodson) Jackson, she worked as an Administrative Assistant, a teacher in Sweeny, Texas and also worked for Chase Manhattan Bank in Houston for five years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold E. McGill; parents, Kate and Charles F. Jackson; sisters, Ione Wood and Nell Moore and one brother, Charles Larry "Butch" Jackson.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Lori McGill; sisters, Sandy Parkhurst, Billie "Sister" Grindol; brothers, Olan Jackson, J.W. Jackson and Alan Wayne "Nicky" Jackson.
