Isadore Higley

Mrs. T H Williams, a former resident of northeast of Monroe, died at Lincoln Sunday, aged sixty-two years. Eight years ago the family moved to Lincoln, where Mr. Williams was head farmer at the insane asylum. Mrs. Williams has been in poor health for some time.
