Isaac's family removed to Montgomery County, Virginia, where after serving in the American Revolution, he met and married Miss Rebecca Havens. They in turn removed to Wayne County, Ky to raise their children, Elizabeth, James, William, Rhoda, and Rebecca born in VA; Nancy, Zilpha and Gordon, born in KY.
