Services for Billie Ann Pennington , 75, of Canton, Texas, are scheduled for 4:00 pm Monday October 31, 2011 at Eubank Funeral Chapel with Dr. Mark Moore officiating, under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home, Canton.
Burial will be in Haven of Memories, Canton, Texas.
She passed away October 29, 2011 in Canton, TX.
Ms. Pennington was born September 9, 1936 in Canton, TX, to June Clifton (JC) Steele and Annie Viola Steele.
Billie grew up in Canton, where she graduated high school. She attended business college in Tyler before marrying her highschool sweetheart on Sept. 29, 1957. Billie moved to Dallas for 7 years before returning to Canton to raise her children. She is a member of Moore United Methodist Church. Billie enjoyed reading, spending time with her grandchildren, and visiting her friends. She was a loving wife, mother , and grandmother.
Surviving are Husband, R. C. Pennington of Canton, TX, Son, Jeff Pennington of Canton, Daughter & Son-in-law, Jennifer & Heidle Baskin of Martins Mill, Daughter & Son-in-law, Cindy & Mark Walters of Canton, 2 Grandsons Eric and Craig Walters, 2 Granddaughters Haley and Katy Baskin, Sister, Catherine Jo Steele.
Billie was preceded in death by Father, June Clifton (JC) Steele, Mother, Annie Viola Everett.
