She married Sherrod Wesley Lollar on July, 30 1930 in Van Zandt County, Texas and lived in Ben Wheeler, Martins Mill area until moving to Oklahoma in the early 1940's during World War II. Ruth and her husband, Sherrod moved to Tyler, Smith County, Texas about 1945 and lived there the rest of their lives.
Ruth was a member of the Eastern Star and a Baptist.
She loved her children and grand children very very much.
