Mary Fran Rockwell, age 63, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2016.
Born in Evergreen Park, raised in Oak Lawn and living in Lockport for 35 years.
She graduated in 1974 from the College of St. Francis with a BA in Education. Mary Fran was a very devoted Cubs fan.
Preceded in death by her parents Errol and Roba (Butts) Higgins and her brothers Stephen and James Higgins.
Survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Douglas; her daughters Elizabeth (John) Karales and Rachael (Ryan) Patera; grandchildren, Carly and Cameron Karales and Connor and Reed Patera; her sister Judy (Robert) Mroz and a sister-in-law Diane (Gene) Plein. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Cremated.
