Source text: Transcript Tharp, Zebulon (of Stephensburg, VA)-Will-1 Oct 1775, 3 Aug 1780-named as he wife Jane all his real & personal property, including all bonds & monies, named as his son Andrew to have his lot containing 120a with all its appurtenances, known as Lot #1, whereon he once lived, must be passed on to his (said Andrew) daughter Elizabeth Tharp, named as his son Isaac to have a lot containing 151a with all its appurtenances, known as Lot #2, his present home plantation, named as his son Joshua to have lot containing 120a with all its appurtenances, known as Lot #4, whereon said Joshua now resides, named as his son John to have lot containing 140a with all its appurtenances, known as Lot #3, adjoining his home plantation, named as his sons Benj. & Zebulon each to have $1, signed by Zebulon "Z" Tharp, Exrs: Jane Tharp (wife) & Robert Haines, Wit: Wm. Glascock Jr., Jacob Trout, Laurence "X" Carver & J. H. Ginney, Codicil dated 1 Oct 1774, his tract containing 300a was to be sold to John Elkins by agreement but now void, now property to be offered for sale again the monies to be divided between his sons: Isaac, Joshua & John, Wit: John
