Mrs. Phoebe Moon died Tuesday at the home of her grandson, Wallace Nichols in Putnam, after an illness of about a week. Had she lived until Friday, Mrs. Moon would have celebrated her 85th birthday. The funeral was held this afternoon at 2 o'clock in Moriah, where she was laid in the Stear's cemetery beside her husband and children.
