Last Rites Today For J. Ollie Price
Funeral services were to be held at 2 p.m. today for J. Ollie Price, a lifelong county resident who died yesterday morning at a local hospital.
Born in Brookwood, Mr. Price had lived there and in the Howton Community until being stricken ill.
Services were to be held in the Big Hurricane Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Survivors include one son, Talmage Price of Detroit, Mich.; a brother, Usry Price of St. Louis, Mo.; four sisters, Mrs. John Townsend of West Blocton; Mrs. Hett Townsend of Adger, Al.a.; Mrs. Ada Weaver of Peterson, and Mrs. Ellie Kazziah of Howton.
Mr. Price's late wife was Mrs. Esther Herring Price.
