Babs was 71 years of age, a resident of Jasper, Alabama, formerly of Goodsprings, Alabama, passed away at Ridgeview Nursing Home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ervin "Bear" and Icie Sanford; and brother, Bobby Sanford.
Babs is survived by her son and daughter in law, James and Malinda Carter; daughter and son in law, Kelly and Robin Cutts of Temple, Georgia; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sister and brother in law, Betty and Lynnse Blackston; sister in law, Nancy Sanford; and her extended family at Ridgeview Nursing Home.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
