Jo Eubanks, age 85, of Archer City, Texas passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2014, in Arbor House of Wichita Falls.
Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 5, 2014, at the First Baptist Church of Archer City with Roger Deerinwater, Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in the Archer City Cemetery under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home.
Jo was born October 20, 1928 in Anarene, Texas to Henry Charlie Green and Leona Farmer Green.
She and W.B. "Bill" Eubanks were married November 23, 1946 in Seymour, Texas. He preceded her in death on March 19, 1994.
Jo was retired from the Wichita Falls Independent School District. She was a long time resident of Wichita Falls before moving to Archer City and was recently a resident of Arbor House in Wichita Falls. She loved reading. Jo was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Rick Eubanks and wife, Cindy and Rusty Eubanks; one daughter, Suzan Eubanks; one brother, Max Green and wife, Besia; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Jo was also preceded in death by one brother, Billy J. Green.
Serving as pallbearers will be Brandi Boren, Kevin Gipson, Shane Jones, Randall Scruggs, Steven Smethie and Roger Whittington. Honorary pallbearers are Charlie Eubanks and Adam Gipson.
