C.W. was born to Emma Grace Anderson and William H. Inns. Survivors included: children Doug, Kathy, Dana, Derek, Anne, and Diane, his wonderful wife of 35 years, Vicki, oh how he loved her along with their children, grandkids, Justin, Ryan, Jessica, Rikki, Jori, Mikailei, Andrew, Holdyn, Hunter, Dylan, and Jacob. Great-grandkids; Briceton, Kayla, Lexxi, and three on the way; C.W.'s "older" brother Robert (Bob) and sister-in-law Peggy and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. C.W. was retired from the USAF after 20 years and from GE.. C.W. loved all his family so much and he had many great friends. C.W.'s daughter Kathy had a special place in his heart as she gave him her kidney in 2001 so he could have a much more normal and longer life.. His wife Vicki was his best friend, and nurse through many hard times. C.W. was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 36 and the DAV Sunshine Chapter 165. A special "Thank You" to his doctors and staff (friends) who have been such a great help and inspiration through all his hard times. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity or to Hopice of El Paso.. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina. Funeral Service will be Wednesday at 12:15 p.m. at Hillcrest Chapel. Rite of Committal will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with full military honors.
