Jack K. Roberts, Sr., 1933-2013
Jack K. Roberts, Sr., born May 27, 1933 in Atlanta, GA, passed away December 6, 2013. He was the son of H. H. and Daisy Scarborough Roberts. He married Dorothy Dyer Roberts and they were married for 63 years.
Jack was an avid fisherman and member of Perdido River Bass Club. He worked for 20 years with Atlas Exterminating Company.
Jack is survived by his wife, Dorothy; three children: Deborah (Sammy) Jones, Cynthia (Mike) Merritt, all of Pensacola; and Ken Roberts of Knoxville, TN; 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Active pallbearers are grandsons and honorary pallbearers are granddaughters.
A visitation will be held beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service begins at 11:00 a.m. at Trahan Family Funeral Home on Monday, December 9, 2013. Interment will follow at Pensacola Memorial Gardens. Reverend Dale Patterson will be officiating.
Donations to Covenant Hospice will be greatly appreciated.
