Eileen Jean (Gourley) Glass, 81, of Sandwich died April 20, after a brief illness.
She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Thomas and Naomi (Hooper) Gourley.
She was educated at Brentwood High School in Pennsylvania, then earned an associate’s degree at Nyack College in New York. Nyack was where she met the Reverend Raymond B. Glass, whom she married in 1958.
Ms. Glass and her husband spent time in Colombia, South America, as missionaries. Many years in ministry followed at churches throughout Upstate New York and in New England. They moved to Cape Cod in 1989 and here they were involved in several churches. Ms. Glass was a member of Grace Harbor Church in Hyannis.
Her husband died September 7, 2016.
She leaves three children, Gloria J. Dahl and her husband, Paul Dahl, of Sandwich, D.J. Mullany and her husband, Mike Mullany, of Adams, and Mark Glass and his wife, Debra Culliton, of Glastonbury, Connecticut; and four grandchildren, Erik Dahl, Benjamin Mullany, Matthew Dahl, and Abby Mullany.
A memorial service has been planned for Saturday, June 15, 11 AM, at Christ Chapel in Centerville.
Burial was private.

Burial will be private. There will be a memorial service June 15th at 11 am at The Christ Chapel, 1200 Old Stage Road, Centerville, MA.
Arrangements are under Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, Sandwich, MA.
