SIOUX CITY -- William N. Bartel, 59, of Sioux City died at a local hospital.
Private family graveside services will be held in Logan Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Waterbury Funeral Service in Sergeant Bluff.

William "Bill" Newnan Bartel, 57, of Sioux City, Iowa, passed away Dec. 20, 2010. He was born Dec. 21, 1952, in International Falls, Minn.
He served in the U.S. Navy. He moved to Hot Springs, Ark. for many years where he was an entrepreneur. He later retired to Sioux City where he became a hobbyist.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Patricia and Charles Bartel, and his wife, Teeny Bartel.
He is survived by his children, Jason Bartel, Charles Richard Bartel Moore, Holly Marie Abel, Tennille Lea Wray and William Newnan Bartel; four grandchildren; and many family and friends.
