Born in Canton, Ohio on December 21, 1941, Gary was the eldest of six children. After graduating from Timken High School, he joined the Airforce where he served in Iceland and Sacramento for almost 3 years. After which he married Marcia Chatten and had one child, Steven R. Sinay (born 17 Feb 1963 in Orange County). He graduated from Sacramento State with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and worked in the Finance Industry for many years. He married Debby Boone in June, 1990 and joined her Escrow Company in 1994 where he worked until they retired in 2011. He kept busy in his retirement until his illness in February 2018 performing Notary Services. His passion was golf and he loved to play poker with his many friends. Gary will be missed for many reasons, not the least of which his love of family and quick wit. Gary will remain in all of our hearts forever.

Gary is survived by his Wife, Debby Boone-Sinay of Escondido, son Steven Sinay of Laguna Beach, his sister Rosemary Watkins and husband Dan of Henderson, Nevada, his brother Tom Sinay and wife Mindy of Indio, CA, his brother Dick Sinay and wife Tina of Colorado Springs, CO, his brother Andy Sinay and wife Patti of Wildomar, CA, children by marriage; Daughter Wende Temple and husband Nick Temple of Murfreesboro, TN, Son Ryan Wilson and wife Diana of Poway, CA, Tommy Smith and wife Marsha of Murfreesboro, TN. Gary’s passing was preceded by his father, Andrew Sinay, his mother Ann Sinay and his sister Diane Sinay Wagner.
