Eva M. Farmer Brown born January 24 1926 in Avon Park FL died August 11, 2018 in York, PA. She was the daughter of the late Oscar C. Farmer and Helen Bennett Farmer.
Eva grew up in Montgomery AL and spent many enjoyable summers in Pineapple AL visiting her Aunt Bertha Adams. Eva graduated from High School in Montgomery AL and the University of Alabama in 1948. Roll Tide! She began her career in teaching. She taught Physical Education in Gadsden AL at the Senior High School.
She met her beloved husband Charles 'Charlie' D. Brown on the Tennessee River at Lake Guntersville AL while waterskiing. Eva and Charlie spent many weekends on the Tennessee River at their cabin on Preston Island. Eva also enjoyed many winters at her Florida home in Bonita Springs FL.
She was pre-deceased by her husband Charles D Brown, one sister Melna Bailey and a brother William Farmer.
A memorial service was August 17, 2018 at Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home Interment followed the service.
