Virginia Dell Wilson

Virginia Dell Wilson Davis, 93, formerly of Henderson Lane and widow of Leon Noyin "Lefty" Davis, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Agape Senior Assisted Living.
Born in Woodruff, she was a daughter of the late Eddie and Ellen West Wilson. Mrs. Davis was a retired LPN with Laurens Hospital and member of Second Baptist Church and the Ruth Bible Sunday School Class. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Surviving are two daughters, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband of 75 years and her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Jeanette Graydon, Leroy Wilson, Paul Wilson, Sara Maassen, james Wilson and Jean Spillers.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, November 8, 2013 at Second Baptist Church conducted by Rev. J.D. Shiflet and Rev. Alice MacKeil with private burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
The family will be at the home of daughter, Ellen in Laurens and will receive friends at Second Baptist Church immediately following the church service.
Memorials may be made to Second Baptist Church, 414 Fleming Street, Laurens, SC 29360.
