Funeral: 11 a.m. Friday at Handley United Methodist Church. Burial: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to
8 p.m. Thursday at Greenwood Funeral Home.
Memorials: May be made to Handley United Methodist Church.
Jo was born March 20, 1926, in Jonesboro, Texas. She was a member of the Woman's Auxiliary at Harris Hospital,
Women's Society of Christian Service, Newcomers Club of Fort Worth, Child Study Center Auxiliary and the United
Methodist Women. Jo was a member of the Handley United Methodist Church for 39 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy E. Kirkland. Survivors: Daughters, Nedra Lamar and husband, Richard and Nelda "Jean" Lovett; grandchildren, Todd Morgan and wife, Charlene, Jodi Suire and husband, Cliff, Jonathan Lovett and fiancé, Amy; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Alex, Mikayla, Morgan and Jacob Suire and Jada Lovett; and brother, Roy Richardson and wife, Gloria.
