Barbara Ann Osborn, 70, passed away unexpectedly on April 17, 2009 at the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
She was born May 8, 1938 in National City, California, the daughter of Samuel Lyle and Jessie Fay Rogers Babcock.
Barbara had many loves of her life, her husband, Dwight of 38 years; two daughters, Raeann Sheffield (Kirk) and LouAnn Undhjem (Dave) and her four grandchildren, Sarah and Samuel (Sheffiield), Zachary and Nathan (Undhjem).
Barbara was very active in the Holtville (CA) and Verde 4H Clubs, holding various leadership roles and the Imperial (CA) Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi. Barbara and Dwight relocated to Blackfoot, ID in 2005 where she loved her scenic view overlooking the Snake River and the birds and wildlife that would visit each day.
Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 2 p.m. at the Hawker Funeral Home 132 South Shilling, Blackfoot, Idaho.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in Holtville, CA.
In Lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society or the Idaho Chapter of Young Life will be greatly appreciated.
