She attended the University of Texas, the University of Houston, and was a member of Believers Chapel Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Everett and Emily Josephine Bryson. Survived by her husband of 52 years, Floyd W. Simonds; sons: Everett Bryson Simonds and wife, Lora, Randy Simonds and wife, Valerie; grandchildren: Everett, Jr., Evan Young, Ethan, Emily, Abigail, and Rachel Simonds; and numerous siblings, nieces, and nephews. Family will receive friends on Sunday, November 7, 2004, from 5-8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be at 3:30 PM on Monday, November 8, 2004 at Restland's Wildwood Chapel.
