Logan Richard Deen was born May 3, 2011. He was perfect and happy. He loved legos, trucks, Tae Kwon Do, his friends , his momma and daddy and so much more.
On April 3, 2019 the unimaginable hit our family. Our little boy who had barely ever even had a cold had his heart stop while taking a bath. Paramedics and doctors did all they could to stabilize him and he was airlifted to another hospital. We spent the next day and a half with our son and had to say goodbye on April 5th at 10:41 am.
Logan had a condition known as Long QT syndrome. We didn’t know until the doctors diagnosed it at the hospital. Some people show signs, most show nothing who have this condition. Logan showed zero signs. He had just earned his yellow stripe belt the weekend before and was looking forward to his first soccer game and his 8th birthday.

A dear friend and colleague, Kiersten Deen, recently lost her 7 year old son Logan. Kiersten and her husband, Nathan, lost Logan in a tragic accident that started by an undiagnosed heart condition.
