In her will written in January of 1724/5, Sarah Ivory Chadwell deeded land to her son-in-law, John Ramsdell (husband of Elizabeth) and her other daughter, Sarah, wife of John's older brother. Son-in-law, John Ramsdell, died shortly after her death and left his estate to Elizabeth.
