Funeral services for Marvin G. Robbins, 69, pioneer Jefferson County resident, were held in Lynn's Crossing Baptist Church this afternoon. The Rev. C. E. York officiated. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery. Bells directing.
Mr. Robbins died Tuesday afternoon in a Greenville, S.C. hospital.
Surviving are a son, J.T. Robbins, of Lindbergh, Ala.; four daughters, Mrs. J.M. Conway and Mrs. Mardie Crocker, Greenville, S.C.; Mrs. Virgil Smith, Adamsville, Ala., and Mrs. Clyde Ellis, Sumiton, Ala.
