Frances Gertrude Penner

Strong hard working woman that truly defined the title of matriarch. Her perseverance was main reason the family thrived during the years of the Great Depression.
Frances raised 3 boys while loosing a 4th son who was just a little over a year old. Recovering from this loss she adopted a girl through courageous happenstance. 
France had a strong love for the Lord and family. She was adored by all her grandchildren who affectionately called her grandma DeDe.
