Mr. Herschel P. Bentley, a native of Arkansas and a resident of Fairhope died August 3, in a local hospital.
He is survived by two sons, Mr. Thomas Bentley, Fairhope, Dr. Herschel P. Bentley Jr., Mobile; two brothers, Robert Earl Bentley, Mobile and Jack R. Bentley, San Diego, CA; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held August 6 from the Magnolia Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Harry Springfield officiating. Interment was in Fairhope Memory Gardens. Arrangements were by Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope Chapel.
