Dr. Henry Joseph Fuller

Henry Joseph Fuller was born 3 Jun 1853 in Vergennes Vermont to French Canadian parents Ezra Fuller (also known as Zenon Fournier) and Caroline Louise Jordan (also known as Marie Louise Jodoin). The Fournier and Jodoin families lived and farmed in Vermont and New York, with relatives doing the same just across the border in Quebec. When they were in Quebec they went by their French names, and when they were in the States, they went by their Americanized names. Henry became a doctor and married Mary Ellen (Ella) Hushaw in 1875. They lived in Illinois, moved to Kansas, then took a wagon train to Oregon, where they settled for many years before moving to California.
