CAROLYN MARIE TAIT--6, daughter of MR. & MRS. J. MINOR TAIT, JR., of Memphis, died last Thursday in Methodist Hospital in Memphis, after being stricken with spinal meningitis July 9th while returning from a vacation trip. Her maternal great-grandmother, MRS. J. C. WILKERSON of Amory, Miss., is a sister-in-law of MRS. HETTIE JOHNSON of Ripley and is well-known here. Her maternal grandmother, MRS. ROBERT G. WOOD, of Memphis, the former MARIE WILKERSON, made her home here with her aunt, MRS. JOHNSON during her high school days. CAROLYN leaves two brothers, J. M. TAIT III and ROBERT WOOD TAIT; her paternal grandparents, MR.& MRS.J. M.TAIT and great-grandmother, MRS. FLORENCE TAIT, all of Memphis
