ANGUILLA Funeral services for Frances Goodman Greer, 94, of Anguilla, a retired Anguilla Bank employee, will be at 3 p.m. today at Anguilla United Methodist Church. She died July 3, 2002, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Rolling Fork. Burial will be in Golden Link Cemetery, Anguilla, under the direction of Glenwood Funeral Home, Rolling Fork.
Mrs. Greer was born May 30, 1908, in Cary. She attended Mississippi State College for Women in Columbus. Following her marriage to Harris Fields Greer, she moved to Anguilla. She worked for many years at the Bank of Anguilla. Following her retirement from the bank, she pursued artistic endeavors such as painting, drawing and writing poetry. Her poem, "Your Picture," was published in the Great Poems of the Western World, Vol. II in 1990. She was a member of the Anguilla United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harris Fields Greer; one sister, Ethel Goodman Wade; and one brother, Dr. H.B. Goodman.
Survivors include a son, Henry Michael Greer of Greenville; two daughters, Patricia Greer Kline of Anguilla and Laura Greer Thomas of Jupiter, Fla.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 2 p.m. until the funeral at the church. Memorials may be made to Anguilla United Methodist Church. The Rev. James Miller will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Henry Goodman, Tommy Ewing, Grover Greer, Michael Scott McBryde, Fred Miller and Russell Stewart. Honorary pallbearers will be Milton Stewart, Homer Greer, Dr. Danny Jackson, Merlin Richardson and Ronnie Wilson.

ANGUILLA Frances Goodman Greer died Wednesday, July 3, 2002, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Rolling Fork. She was 94.
Born in Cary, Mrs. Greer attended Mississippi College for Women in Columbus. For many years she lived in Anguilla where she worked at the Bank of Anguilla. After retiring, she painted and wrote poetry. Her poem “Your Picture” was published in 1990 in the Great Poems of the Western World, Volume II.
She was a member of Anguilla United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Greer was preceded in death by her husband, Harris Fields Greer; a sister, Ethel Goodman Wade; and a brother, Dr. H.B. Goodman.
She is survived by one son, Henry Michael Greer of Greenville; two daughters, Patricia Greer Kline of Anguilla and Laura Greer Thomas of Jupiter, Fla.; and four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Anguilla United Methodist Church with the Rev. James Milner officiating. Burial will follow at Golden Link Cemetery in Anguilla under the direction of Glenwood Funeral Home of Rolling Fork.
