John Wesley "Jack" Castles III

He practiced for over 40 years as an attorney at law at Lord, Day & Lord in New York City. His specialty was in litigation for many major corporations. Aside from his practice, he volunteered much of his time as Director for Recording for The Blind and received special recognition from then President Ronald Reagan.
Surviving include son John W. Castles IV (Eve) from California, Jane Castles Thompson (Ron), from Maryland and Arminda’s two sons, Jeffreys Johnson (Sharron) from Massachusetts, Douglas Johnson (Janice) from Mississippi and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 15, 2014 at 11:00am in the Parish Church of St. Helena with interment in Beaufort National Cemetery with military honors.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to your favorite charity.
