EDWIN W. URBAN, age 78, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2002. Born on January 25, 1924 in Paige, Texas, he was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Georgia; daughters, Karen and husband Kenny, Sharon, Barbara, Deborah and husband Frank and Adella and husband Wayne; sons, Gary and wife Vicki and Andrew and wife Loretta; sisters, Tillie Blankenburg and Adele Markert; thirteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends. . A funeral service was held at 11:30 A.M. on Saturday, December 7, 2002 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 800 Houston Ave., with Pastor Donald Black officiating. Interment followed in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests those contributions are made to Trinity Lutheran School Endowment Fund.
