THE VILLAGES — Lallah Virginia Carlisle Walker, 89, died Monday, Oct 4, 2010.
Mrs. Walker was born in Bessemer, AL, and moved to The Villages in December 2005 from Pass Christian, MI. She was a journalist and a lifelong member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Pass Christian and a member of the Pass Christian Yacht Club.
Survivors include her sons, Allan, Chicago, IL, Bruce, The Villages, Chris, Jackson, MI and Peter, Knoxville, TN; nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Walker donated her body to the Medical School of the University of Mississippi. There will be a memorial service at a later date.
