"William B. Mulherin's guardian bond.
Know all men by these presents that we William B. Mulherin asprincipal, and James McCoy and John McCoy as securities are held andfirmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the sum of two hundreddollars. Witness our hands and seals this seventh day of Jun 1848. Theconditionn of this obligation is that whereas the above boundenWilliam B. Mulherin has been appointed guardian of the persons andestates of William Dixon James Dixon John Dixon and Frederick Dixonminors. Now if the said William B. Mulherin guardian as aforesaidshall well and truly discharge the duties of guardian according tolaw, then this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in fullforce and virtue.
