Caverly has Martha A. on page 715, where the Samuel Mead family islisted. On page 432, he says that Edwin Lester, son of Timothy,married Martha E., daughter of Samuel Mead. Not, apparently, thisMartha. Edwin and Martha Lester were in McHenry Co., IL, in 1860 andshe was 32, so born in 1827-1828 - ten years older than this Martha.And in 1850, they were in Pittsford and she was 21.
