Otho Earl MCDOWELL
(5 Mar 1879 - 9 Oct 1931)
Unable to find a marriage record for Pauline or death or divorce forDelta online. Based on the list of children in 1920, it appears thatprobably Delta died between the birth of the child, age 11 in 1920,and the next, age 6 in 1920. What seems strange is that the mother'splace of birth for the oldest two children is listed as Michigan andthe last two children show Indiana for the mother. It's possible theenumerator switched that information and only the last should havebeen Michigan, while the others were Indiana. That 3rd child (2nd inthe 1920 census), must have been born shortly after the census in1910. Pauline is a different age and place of birth from Delta. Havetentatively listed the first two as Delta's and the second two asPauline's.
