Funeral rites for Mrs. Hattie L. Sherman, 79, of 935 E. Pontiac Way, who died Monday in her home, will be held tomorrow at 1 p.m. in the John N. Lisle Chapel. Burial will be in Belmont Memorial Park.
She was the widow of Rev. Abe Sherman, a missionary, who died in 1950.
A native of Kansas, she had lived here 53 years. She was a member of the Baptist Temple Church.
Survivors include a son, Maxson L. Sherman, Fortuna, and a daughter, Mrs. Leola F. Daggs, Fresno; five grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren."
