Obituary copied at the Garst Museum doesn't give the name or exact date of the newspaper - it just has 1949.
"Mrs. Cora Landers, 80, widow of the late Samuel Landers, died at 4:50 p.m. Monday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. O. E. Warvel, two miles west of Coletown, after an extended illness.
Mrs. Landers, a Darke county native, had been an active member of the Coletown Congregational Christian church for many years. She was the daughter of the late Philip and Malinda Sebring Hartzell.
She leaves one other daughter, Mrs. Everett Bryson, Union City R.R.; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Angeline Moritz, of Minot, North Dakota, and Mrs. Minnie Johnson, Greenville.
Services will be held Thursday at two p.m. at the Coletown church with the Rev. W. L. Denlinger officiating. Burial will be in Greenville cemetery.
Friends may call at the Warvel residence after noon Wednesday."
