Will Bk. C pg 371, Sept. 27, 1834. "Three Commissioners appointed tosettle the accounts of the executors, adms. and gdns. Sept. 20, 1834,in Elkton, met at law office of Wm. M. Lansdale and proceeded tosettle the accounts of John G. Hollingsworth, gdn. for Samuel Duncan,said Samuel having departed this life. Summoned to the hearing wereJohn Duncan & his wife, Nancy Duncan, William Invine [sic] and Polly,his wife, William Duncan, Aseneth Duncan, Polly Bingamen, Sanford Kingand Nancy his wife, Thomas Price and Celia, his wife. All appearedexcept Sandford King and wife, Thomas Price & wife, who were notinhabitants of the county. Estate settled Sept. 27, 1834. Willis L.Reeves, Wm. M. Lansdale, Henry N. Roberts."
