This shows her father as Samuel Morse II, Birth 20 January, 1695 in Framingham, Massachusetts, USA Death 27 December, 1755 in Rutland, Massachusetts, USA. 1719. 12 Aug, Age: 24, Marriage to Lydia Newton Marlborough, Massachusetts, USA.
This also continues the lines for both parents. Look further after proof Isaac is father of William.
While it is not yet proven, as of 4 Nov 2010, that Lydia's parents were Samuel Morse and Lydia Newton (or that Isaac is William's father), I have entered them because it seems probable. That couple named a son Jeduthun, as did Samuel and Lydia Sherman and the Morse name comes up in Samuel Sherman's family. I am, at this time, questioning the place of birth and death for Samuel, though. Marlborough vital records show Samuel's birth and death. I have not, as yet, looked for the birth in Framingham also. The date in Marlborough vital records is Sept. 7, 1755 and that gedcom has 27 Dec 1755.
