There is a Mrs. Wallace Surby listed in Index to Death Certificates inTulare County, California, gives death date. Certificate in Book 1page 181. Used that date for Ida, as she is the only wife I'm awareof.
Transcription of George W. Surby said he was married, not widowed.Wife Iva Myrtle Surby. Not known if Iva Myrtle same as the Idaobtained from Anna.
