Not sure why the tree gives a birth year of 1749 and then turns around and cites a baptismal record saying 1757 for birth and baptism. Unfortunately, none of the trees with him show a wife.
The children John, Henry and Jacob are from a letter to the Perry Historians signed "Dale" and has a question mark by the names. He had dates for Polly but didn't have a name for her. This was in 1977. Probably these children are Polly's, but don't know that for certain, since it is still unknown when Polly married Philip. Based on the above census, that may not be accurate, since there is never another male child listed other than the one presumed to be Michael. Michael may have 3 sisters or half-sisters if census is accurate.
