WILL
In the name of the Benevolent Father of All. I, Margaret Folkerth, do make and publish this (my) last Will and Testament.
Item I. It is my will that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate.
Item II. I do give, devise and bequeath to my nieces Maria R. Iddings and Kate Folkerth (wife of Chas F. Folkerth) all my real estate, to be divided equally between them, and if it is necessary to sell such real estate to pay debts, then the balance remaining after such payment to be divided equally between said Maria R. Iddings and Kate Folkerth.
Item III. I do give and devise all my old gold china ware to my niece Julia Folkerth Sherer (sp), and all the rest and residue of my personal estate of every nature to my niece Maria R. Iddings.
Item IV. I do hereby nominate and appoint Wm. B. Iddings Executor of my will and desire that no bond be required of him for the performance of this trust and that no inventory or appraisement of my personal estate be made.
In witness where of I have here unto set my hand and seal this 20(th) day of September A.D. 1892,
