EWING, JAMES vs Martha Ewing et al 15 Feb. 1853 Petition for partition of NW 1/4 S9 T5 R5. will of John McClintock dec'd. gave all his share in land to nephews John & James Ewing & they to care for nieces Elizabeth, Ellen & Mary Ewing as long as they are single. Mary & John Ewing now dec'd without issue. Their mother Martha Ewing to have 1/2 of said 1/4 & his sisters Elizabeth, Eleanor, Margaret w/o Jacob Beck & Martha w/o Samuel Folkerth each 1/24th & brother Samuel Ewing of Iowa 1/24th. (pg. 345) [I had Martha Ewing Kuhns m. Samuel Folkerth, evidently m1 ? Kuhns and m2 Samuel Folkerth?]
