J.P. Vanhuss is the only child of Matthias that I have verified. The others listed came from gedcoms at ancestry.com and/or Joyce Lindstrom's book.
Joyce Lindstrom states on pg. 718 that Matthias' wife, Lovina, received a pension due to his service in the War of 1812.
